Use a lot of or lots of with both plural count nouns and non-count nouns in statements and questions.

That store has a lot of (or lots of) razors. 
They don't have a lot of (or lots of) sunscreen.
Do they have a lot of (or lots of) makeup?

Use many and much in negative statements.

many: with plural count nouns.
much: with non-count nouns.

They don't have many brands of makeup. 
The store doesn't have much toothpaste.

A: Hello, Classic Spa and Salon aid.
B: Hello. This is Keisy Ariza. I’d like to make an appointment for a massage.
A: When would you like to come in, Ms. Ariza?
B: Today, if possible.
A: Let me check… Clara has an opening at 4:00 p.m.
B: Actually, that’s a little late for me. Is someone available after 2:00 p.m?
A: Yes. Luisa can see you then.
